Lingfeng Shi, Xidian University, China
Bio: Professor Lingfeng Shi is a PhD Supervisor with expertise in sensor signal processing, positioning/navigation, wireless communications, and integrated circuit design. He earned his bachelor's degree from China Jiliang University (1995) and master's/doctorate from Xidian University (2003, 2008). An IEEE Senior Member and active editor for journals such as IEEE OJIM, he has authored 130+ publications and holds 21 patents. He has led multiple national and industry-funded projects and has been recognized with two Provincial/Ministerial Scientific Progress Awards.

Dimitrios A. Karras, National and Kapodistrian University of Athens
Bio: Dimitrios A. Karras is an Associate Professor at the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens, holding a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from NTUA (1995). His research in pattern recognition, image/signal processing, and neural networks has resulted in the publication of over 70 journal and 185 conference papers. An active academic editor, he formerly served as Editor-in-Chief of IJSISE. His work has been widely cited, with more than 2,469 citations to his research.

Aslina Baharum, Universiti Malaysia Sabah (UMS), Malaysia
Bio: Ts. Dr. Aslina Baharum is an Associate Professor and UX Researcher at Sunway University with over 20 years of experience in IT and academia. A Senior IEEE Member and certified Professional Technologist, she holds a Ph.D. in Visual Informatics. Her research in UX/UI, HCI, and software engineering has resulted in numerous publications, including over 60 peer-reviewed papers. She is also an accomplished speaker and trainer, specializing in entrepreneurship and digital technologies.

Anand Nayyar, Duy Tan University, Da Nang, Vietnam
Bio: Dr. Anand Nayyar is a Professor and leading scientist at Duy Tan University, recognized globally in Stanford's Top 2% Scientists list for six consecutive years. With an H-index of 75 and over 21,000 citations, his prolific output includes 250+ journal articles and more than 120 international patents. He oversees research in IoT and intelligent systems and manages a prominent Scopus-indexed journal.
